What is the best tinted moisturizer available in the philippines?

Ok so I am a colloege freshman, as you all know we are allowed to wear light make-up. I want a natural look as possible yet controls the oil. I have read that tinted moisturizers are good because it is moisturizer and foundation in one. I want to by one but I don’t know what product to buy. please help!

I am 16 years old, in very fair complexion with pinkish tone, and I have combination skin.

How I Apply My Face Makeup (Tinted Moisturizer and Powder)

Using Tinted Moisturizer

I’ve had a few requests about how I do my face makeup so here it is…this will really only provide light coverage. You could switch the tinted moisturizer for foundation for more coverage. When I don’t get enough sleep my undereye area gets really puffy like here in this video, but I don’t bother with concealer when that happens just because concealer may hide darkness but the puffiness will still be there. Sometimes I just add extra brightening/illuminating balm to help lessen the puffy look.
