I have fair skin and freckles. I really want to even out my skin and cover the redness, but not cover up my freckles, and i heard that tinted moisturizer is my best choice. So what is a good tinted moisturizer that is cheap and i can find at a drug store or an Ulta store?

What is a good drugstore moisturizer out there for acne prone skin?
Dealing with Acne Prone Skin
I am 16, and I am looking for a good moisturizer I can use for acne. I have sensitive skin, oily skin ( can get dry skin in fall/ winter, such as now). I wear foundation, so I need something that is going to glide on smoothly, and not cake on my foundation. By the way, I have tried Clean and Clear’s moisturizer and they did not help me, so that suggestion is out. Thanks!
