• When washing, use the “All-free” detergent “Tide-free” or “Cheer-free.” Avoid using fabric softeners, especially dryer. Keep irritating the skin tissues. Do not wear wool or other “scratchy” fabrics. Use cotton percale bed linen.
• Use a humidifier in your house for central heating season. If sweating causes itching, change their activities and their environment to reduce sweating. Working and sleeping in a relatively constant temperature (F-68 75th) and humidity (45-55%). Remember to keep drinking plenty of water and other fluids to keep your skin moist inside, too.
